400 PAS is a 40-story luxury residential tower designed by French Pritzker Prize architect Christian de Portzamparc in Manhattan. The entire facade consists of a custom glass curtain wall system creating incredible unobstructed views of Manhattan in all condos. My role in this project at Handel architects was Job Captain from Design Development to Construction Documentation and through to Construction Administration over the course of two and half years. I also worked heavily on the design of interior spaces including apartment kitchens and baths, the Kid's Room and Theater on the amentities floor. One year of my time at Handel was spent working on site at least once a week for coordination meetings and site walk throughs.
