Description: Metro Tower had a completely open building lobby. The owner wanted to enclose the lobby which previously served as a circulation path through the building and into a courtyard. This was a particularly challenging project as there were structural, fire code, and budgetary restrictions. We enclosed both facades with IGUs and tube steel support structure. This was suspended from the beam above.
