Tasks: Managing team of 5, Coordinating with consultants, managing client, leading client meetings and presentations, design and space planning, billing, scheduling, staffing.

Description: Created Schematic Design and Design Development packages for a new Soho House and Spa at Lake Arrowhead from an old existing hotel. 100,000 SF remodel and 73,000 new sf.
